To register as a CVYSL/Cal North Coach or Team Administrator, you must complete Online Live Scan Fingerprinting Services for Background Checks. Find Live Scan Locations near you.

You must bring the Live Scan form (print it out from GotSport) and a valid ID. It is best to call the location ahead of time to confirm availability. You should be able to bill the club but if they do require payment on site, you can submit for reimbursement by sending a copy of your receipt to bookkeeper@cvysl.org

CVSJ requires all coaches to be fingerprinted and complete an online Safe Sport Trainings. If you have never been fingerprinted for us before, please do so as soon as possible. Unfortunately, fingerprinting data centers do NOT share information, so we cannot access your information if you've been fingerprinted somewhere else and you must get this done again for our league.
