Field Use Policy

CVYSL Field usage is a privilege, not a right. We absolutely must take care of our fields as if they are our own property, however we must also remember that in the end we are just tenants and can be evicted.

The fields belong to the schools, school districts, and/or city agencies.  As such when you are using one of our permitted fields, you are expected to fully comply with the usage guidelines for that field as outlined by the CVYSL VP-Operations.

Additionally, under no circumstances shall any CVYSL-affiliated team be renting, practicing, training, or using any field where CVYSL does not hold a valid permit, unless you have specific written authorization from the then current CVYSL President.

Any team(s) found to be in violation of this policy may be subject to sanctions by the CVYSL Board of Directors, up to and including expulsion from the league.

In order to make this and do this well, we need participation from all of our members of our community.
